Club 2026/2027 Season

FM Families and Friends,

We’re excited open registration for the FM "Club" level program for 2026/2027! Please read this document carefully and in its entirety.

Tryouts will be held June 8-11 and June 15-18. View the tryout schedule here.

There is no registration fee to try out. Prices listed are only for those who are offered a roster spot and accept the spot. These are subject to change, but final prices will be known before offer letters are released and players are rostered. We anticipate this will be about the same as last year.

Each division will have two tryout options. We ask that each player attends at least one tryout, and highly recommend that any new players attend both if possible. Current players are not guaranteed a spot.

Tryout Process:

Attend tryout on one or both of the tryout dates for your age division (attending both is strongly encouraged)
Our goal is to notify players by July 13th on whether or not they are selected to the team

FM Youth Soccer Club strives to develop technically and tactically sound players in a competitive environment. We encourage hard work on and off the field and aim to foster a love for the game in every player. Teams play in local leagues and two local to regional tournaments per year. Game times and locations vary, but are primarily held on CNY area fields. Tournaments may require travel throughout the state. Practices are held one to two times per week for individual teams plus a combined skills session with the Director of Coaching.

We strive to provide quality-playing time for all players. Players are not guaranteed field position based on prior years field position, as skill and positional needs vary from team-to-team and year-to-year.

***IMPORTANT!!!

The new age process means that teams are formed based on an August 1 - July 31 age schedule for new players, rather than by birth year as in the past. However, returning players may wish to tryout for their current team. Please read this document for clarification. We understand this can be confusing. When selecting a program, please use the following guidelines:

U8 (Boys and Girls Teams)

Born August 1, 2018 - July 31, 2019

U9 (Boys and Girls Teams)

Born January 1 - July 31, 2018

New player (not currently on club team) born August 1 - December 31, 2017

Currently rostered on 2017 club team, but born August 1 - December 31, 2017 and want to move to younger team

U10 (Boys and Girls Teams)

New player born August 1, 2016 - July 31, 2017

Already rostered on 2017 club team and want to stay there

Currently rostered on 2016 club team, but born August 1 - December 31, 2016 and want to move to younger team

U11 (Boys and Girls Teams)

New player born August 1, 2015 - July 31, 2016

Already rostered on 2016 club team and want to stay there

Currently rostered on 2015 club team, but born August 1 - December 31, 2015 and want to move to younger team

U12 (Boys and Girls Options)

New player born August 1, 2014 - July 31, 2015

Already rostered on 2015 club team and want to stay there

Currently rostered on 2014 club team, but born August 1 - December 31, 2014 and want to move to younger team

U13 (Girls Team ONLY)

New player born August 1, 2013 - July 31, 2014
