Below are some basic ball mastery moves that players can do on their own to get more comfortable with a soccer ball. They go from easy to more complex.
Start off slowly ensuring that you are able to do the technique shown in the video. Don't worry if you don't get it straight away, it takes time, keep working at it and eventually you will get it. Once you have the technique mastered,try to then perform the skills as fast and as well as you can for 30 seconds, making sure that you are still doing it technically right. Rest for 1 minute and then try it again and again. Do this over several weeks and watch your skills and comfort on the ball sky rocket!
