2026 Fall Registration in a few easy steps:

1. Login or create an account to register your player. Follow the prompts and answer all questions marked with a (*) and complete payment. Please note: Pop Warner no longer requires a physical form or a doctor's signature. Medical questions, including insurance policy information, date of last tetanus booster, concussion info and more are included in the registration questions. These must be answered properly for your child to participate.

2. After completing registration, you will attend our Parent Night which goes over information on your Childs team placement & paperwork. This will be held the second week in June- more details to come.

3. Prior to the first day, additional paperwork will need to be collected (listed below). It is highly recommend that this is dropped off at Parents Night to ensure your athlete can start on time.

Age Matrix & Information

FALL INFORMATION
JULY 15TH (PRE-SEASON)
AUGUST 1ST (SEASON START)
A participant’s age on July 14 is his/her age for the season.

CHEER AGE DIVISIONS:
*PLEASE NOTE: The final placement of cheerleaders on teams is at the discretion of the organization. The team you selected at the time of registration may not be the final team. Placement is determined by Pop Warner regulations, date of birth primarily, school grade, and experience. Team placements are announced during the first week of practice.

All cheer teams except Tiny Mite will compete in a conference competition. Those teams winning at that competition will progress to a New England competition (at the discretion of the organization). Cheer National championship is held in Charlotte, NC!

Our organization will decide on team placement. Your selection here is for registration purposes only.

Tiny-Mite- Ages 5, 6, & 7
Mitey-Mite- Ages 6, 7, 8, & 9
Jr. Pee Wee- Ages 8, 9, 10, & 11
Pee Wee- Ages 9, 10, 11, & 12
Jr. Varsity- Ages 10, 11, 12, 13, 14
Varsity- Ages 12, 13, 14, 15, & 16

TACKLE FOOTBALL AGE DIVISIONS:
*PLEASE NOTE: Teams will be dependent on number of registrations per age group.

Between 8/1/10 and 7/31/13 13U (11-12-13)

2026 Fall Cheer

Barrington Pop Warner is a non-tryout league. We believe in providing opportunities to all participants, including minimum play requirements.

Be part of something special and join our cheer family! Barrington Pop Warner offers a cheer program for ages 5+. Our participants learn sideline cheers, dance, stunting, tumbling and a competitive routine(s) all while gaining friendships with their new teammates. All our competitive participants have the opportunity to compete with the chance of moving on to New England Regionals, then Nationals in December. All of our teams are competitive expect for Tiny Mite which is exhibition only.

Placement is determined by Pop Warner regulations, date of birth primarily, school grade, experience, and the number of participants registered in a particular age group.

It is NOT guaranteed that all age divisions will be formed.

It is NOT guaranteed that a participant plays in their oldest eligible age division

We do NOT accept FRIEND REQUESTS, COACH REQUESTS, or DIVISION REQUESTS.

Barrington Pop Warner is a non-tryout league. We believe in providing opportunities to all participants, including minimum play requirements.

NO TRYOUTS! – Pop Warner programs have no tryouts or cutting of rosters!
More than just athletes! – Pop Warner is the only national youth sports organization in America that requires its participants to perform adequately in the classroom before permitting them to play.
Mandatory Play Requirements – Everyone participates under mandatory rules of play, so every child is guaranteed to play.
Safety, Safety, Safety! Did you know that Pop Warner football is safer than soccer? Pop Warner football has 12% fewer injuries per capita among 5-15 year olds than organized soccer in the same age range!
