FALL Tackle Football & Competitive Cheer
REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
2024 Barrington Pop Warner Football and Cheer Registration in a few easy steps:
1. Login or create an account to register your player. Follow the prompts and answer all questions marked with a (*) and complete payment. Please note: Pop Warner no longer requires a physical form or a doctor's signature. Medical questions, including insurance policy information, date of last tetanus booster, concussion info and more are included in the registration questions. These must be answered properly for your child to participate.
2. After completing registration, go back to your account and click on "Sign forms electronically" for your player(s). Image example below.
3. Follow the instructions to sign your forms electronically. This will require you to sign back into your portal (see image example below).
4. You will complete the Pop Warner Player Contract and the Medical History Form at this stage. This year, this should be done all electronically. We will no longer be accepting these forms as hard copies.
- Click on the athlete you would like to complete paperwork for and select the "Applications" tab.
- Click on "Legal Agreement" under "Print" . Note you will NOT print this. Clicking on this will open up the ability for you to electronically sign.
4. After registering and completing the electronic forms, prepare to turn in your athletes 2023/2024 report card & original Birth Certificate (if new to BPW) on our parents paperwork night on July 17. If you've already participated in one of our Fall seasons, we will have your BC on file.
