Barrington Pop Warner is happy to offer the 2023 Spring Flag Football season. The co-ed league divides players into different divisions (6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U). Players' ages are as of Jan. 1, 2023. The league plays league games on Sundays and coaches set their individual practice schedules. The league opens with a Player Skills Combine, which allows coaches to evaluate players prior to the draft event. The league concludes with "Championship Sunday" playoffs and championship games.
