Cedar Stars Academy - Staten Island

Our licensed CSA trainers work with the player to refine their decision-making skills during our Seasonal Clinics.

The supplemental clinics are geared toward improving player strength, speed, agility, confidence and creativity.

Our mission is to help improve the overall skill set of the individual.

Our Fall and Spring Clinic offerings for Boys & Girls include:

CLINIC OPTION 1:

4-Week CSA SPEED & AGILITY Clinic will focus on:

Footwork
Strength
Speed
Agility
Overall Fitness of the Player

CSA Staff will work with the athletes to improve their speed, strength, and agility to help the player become more agile and explosive on the field.

CLINIC OPTION 2:

The 4-Week CSA Ball Mastery and Finishing Clinic will focus on:

Footwork
Movement (on and off the ball)
Proper Striking Technique
Finishing with Power and Precision

CSA Staff will work with the athletes to improve the player's footwork and movement to enable them to become more agile with ball. Finishing drills will enhance the players confidence to strike the ball more accurately and more effectively.

**Rain Makeups - additional time may be added to clinics in the event of a rain out or the date of November 21st could be utilized.
