Cedar Stars Academy - Staten Island

Our licensed CSA trainers work with the player to refine their decision-making skills during our Seasonal Clinics.

The supplemental clinics are geared toward improving player strength, speed, agility, confidence and creativity.

Our mission is to help improve the overall skill set of the individual.

4-Weeks Fitness Clinic

4-Weeks Ball Mastery / Finishing Clinic

2 Separate and Unique Clinics will be offered over the course of the Spring season - Register for one or both (Sibling discounts available as well as a discount if you register for both programs)

CLINIC OPTION 1:

4-Week CSA FITNESS Clinic will focus on:

Footwork
Strength
Speed
Agility

CSA Staff will work with the athletes to improve their speed, strength, and agility to help the player become more agile and explosive on the field.

The Fitness Clinics will be offered for both boys and girls as follows:

CLINIC OPTION 2:

The 4-Week CSA Ball Mastery and Finishing Clinic will focus on:

Footwork
Movement (on and off the ball)
Proper Striking Technique
Finishing with Power and Precision

CSA Staff will work with the athletes to improve the player's footwork and movement to enable them to become more agile with ball. Finishing drills will enhance the players confidence to strike the ball more accurately and more effectively.
