INDOOR SHOES ONLY (NO CLEATS)

ROOTS TRAINING PROGRAM

The players will:

Learn the fundamentals of dribbling, turning, passing, receiving, and defending
Continue to build upon the skills learned in the Fall ROOTS Program
Develop a foundation for confident and creative play
Participate in fun and imaginative drills & 1v1 play
