South Fayette Township Youth Cheer Association

Spring 2024 Fundraisers:

Welcome to South Fayette Cheer!  Each year we offer fundraisers to offset the cost of uniforms.  Each cheerleader has the opportunity to earn enough profit to fully cover the uniform costs! Fundraising beyond the cost of the uniform will default to the South Fayette Youth Cheerleading Association. 

The fundraisers are completely optional!  Participate as much or as little as needed.

We will be running 2 fundraisers this spring: Peppi’s Subs & Cards for a Cause. Both will run the 1^st three weeks of April.  Details on both are outlined below:

Cards for a Cause

·       Each box of greeting cards is $32.00; SF cheerleader profits $13/box

·       Sale will run April 1^st – April 21^st

·       All orders & payment will be made directly online to Usborne.  

·       Cards will be distributed at uniform fittings on May 1st

·       QR code located on the attached flyer (buyer will need to note Cheerleader’s name in the online order in the “notes” section)

Peppi’s Subs:

·       Subs are served on a 10’ Mancini’s roll

·       $10/per sandwich/$4.25 profit each

·       Sale runs April 1^st through April 21^st

·       Distribution will be 5/1 at uniform fitting which begins at 4pm. Sandwiches will be delivered at 3:30, and will need to be picked up ASAP so that they can quickly be refrigerated.  We cannot guarantee that we will have access to a refrigerator during fittings.  If your scheduled fitting is later in the evening, pickup can be done after school, or arrangements can be made with other parents to pick up for you. 

***ALL SANDWICHES THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP BY THE END OF UNIFORM FITTINGS AT 8PM WILL BE DONATED AND/OR DISCARDED***

**You can keep track of your orders before submitting the Google form if that is easier; however the final orders must be submitted via the Google form.  No paper order forms accepted.

Yard Sign Sale

We are also offering a yard sign sale.  This does not provide profit to the Cheerleaders, but is a fun way to celebrate your Cheerleader!  More information will be sent later this month.
