copy of most recent report card, copy of birth certificate, wallet sized photo of player, completed parental consent & medical history forms and all applicable fees.
Returning players must provide:
copy of most recent report card, completed parental consent & medical history forms and all applicable fees.
Fees:
$75 registration fee- includes game day jersey
If registering more than one player: $55 per player-includes game day jerseys
* Participants that register for fall tackle will receive a 10% discount on registration *
Teams (age based on age as of 7/31/2024):
CUBS: 5-7 years old
BOBCAT: 8-10 years old
WILDCAT: 11-13 years old
