Mexico Pop Warner Football & Cheer

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Mexico Pop Warner Football & Cheer is excited for the upcoming football and cheer season this year. Registration for both Spring and Fall Season will begin in March for Sign-up Dates and Locations check out our Facebook under Events.

Register online today and attend one of our Local Sign Up Dates to hand in paperwork in person.

Registration is not complete until all paperwork has been handed in and all Registration Fees have been paid.

-PLEASE NOTE-
If any participant still owes a fee from the previous football or cheer season, that child will be unable to register until all fees have been cleared.  If any participant still has equipment from the previous season, that child will not be able to register as well.  Current registration fees will also have to be paid in full as that child will not be eligible for partial payments.

PLAYER CONTRACT

All Parents including Players/Cheerleaders MUST sign this contract.

CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE (COPY)

MPW requires to copies of your child’s birth certificate

MOST RECENT & FINAL REPORT CARDS (COPY)

All participants need to turn-in a copy of their FINAL report card that they will receive in June. Final report cards are required to participant in the Fall Season.

In order for registration to be completed, parents need to bring in a copy of their most recent report card.

PHYSICAL

All Physicals must use the approved Pop Warner Medical History/Physical Form and be dated with the current year to be accepted for certification. 

REGISTRATION SIGN UPS ATTENDANCE BY PARENT/GUARDIAN

Parent/guardian must hand in all paperwork to receive confirmation and completion of their registration requirements. Registration is NOT complete until all required paperwork is handed in, regardless of whether you made a full or partial payment.

PAPERWORK TURN IN DUE DATE

IF PAPERWORK IS NOT RECEIVED PARTICIPANT WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED TO A TEAM FOR THE SEASON. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

CHILD'S WEIGHT EXCEEDING THE MAXIMUM FOR THE DIVISION

If on August 1st, 2019 a player is 4lbs. over the maximum weight for the division they are in, they will be immediately moved to the appropriate division at the discretion of the coaches and parents.

To alleviate this move, Mexico Pop Warner may recommend to parents that any participant who exceeds the maximum weight by more than SIX (6) pounds prior to August 1st be moved to the appropriate division.

VACATION NOTIFICATIONS

We must know at the time of registration if your child/children will be on vacation when practice starts on August 1, 2019. By not informing Mexico Pop Warner that your child/children will be on vacation they have a chance of losing their position on the team. Please contact your players coaches as soon as possible to prevent this from happening.

Any child between the ages of 5 and 13 are eligible to participate in the Mexico Pop Warner program as long as they meet the age cut-off by July 31st of the current football or cheer season.

Spring Flag Football (5-7, 8-10, 11-13) - $85.00

Fall Tackle Cheer (MM, JPW, PW) - $ 150.00 

Fall Tackle Cheer (TM) - $ 130.00

Spring Flag Cheer (5-7, 8-10, 11-13) - $85.00
