Tim was born and raised in Connecticut where he started playing soccer at age 5. Tim has played on various travel teams including the Connecticut state team and also received many awards for his achievements on the field. Tim had plans to play for the University of Rhode Island when he graduated High School but God had bigger plans. During Tims senior year of high school the attacks took place at the World Trade Centers and he immediately felt a strong calling to join the Marine Corps. He served honorably for 10 years and was medically retired in 2012 due to injuries he sustained while on his 4th combat deployment between Iraq and Afghanistan.
