All Referees are required to complete the training listed below. Once you have completed the training please let your Referee Coordinator know. Training and background checks must be completed before the second game of the season. If you do not complete your required training and background check prior to the second game of the season, you will not be able to Referee until all requirements are completed.

For the Concussion in sports and Bullying, Hazing and Inappropiate behaviors training, click on the link below, once you are at the website you will need to create an account and login. Once logged in order the course then complete the course and print your certificate. Give your certificate to your divisional coordinator. Then exit the website and return to www.llybl.net to finish the other required courses listed below.

Any Referee certified through NMAA does not need to complete the training below. The only requirement is a current background check within the last two years. Provide a copy of your Referee certification to your Referee Coordinator. 

If you don't have a current background check meaning within the last two years you will need to complete your background check here below. If you have completed a background check within the last two years. In addition, If you have a background check with your current employer and its still valid within their guidelines LLYBL will accept. Email, text or print out a copy and give it to your divison coordinator.

LLYBL Referee Coordinator will also provide Referee Clinics prior to games. All K-1 Coaches and Referees not certified through NMAA must attend one referee clinic.
