AWARDS
Takes place at registration area.  Help hand out awards to teams; get teams lined up for pictures, help verify winning teams.

CLEAN-UP
Pick up trash on fields, bring in trashcans, break down boxes, and help clean up in concession stand and anything to be done to get the park back into shape.

CONCESSIONS
Set up/clean up of stand, serve food, take money, grilling, restocking drinks, condiments
MUST BE 16 TO BE BEHIND COUNTER AND 18 TO HANDLE MONEY!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

FIELD MARSHALL
Check teams in at field, ensure start time, crowd control, ask visitors to remove their pets.

FIELD MARSHALL TENT
Hang out at the tent, distribute packets to Field Marshall’s, and provide coverage for coordinators when situations arise.  Fill Ref water coolers-MUST BE ABLE TO LIEFT 5 GALLON WATER JUG (50 LBS.)

MEDICAL TENTS
Call 911 if necessary, administer basic first aid and assist trainers as requested.

PARK MAINTENANCE
Basic clean up of bathrooms (towels in can, restock toilet paper, paper towels and empty garbage.  Gloves will be provided.  You WILL NOT be “CLEANING” the bathrooms but are expected to make sure they are in good condition!

RAFFLE TABLE
Sell raffle tickets.  Take payment and make change, make sure baskets are kept secure

REFEREE TENT
Drive/walk to retrieve game cards from Field Marshall between games and update scoreboard.  MUST BE 18 TO DRIVE GOLF CART!

REGISTRATION
Check in teams before first game, verify all information needed for the tournament, attention to detail.

SET-UP
Hang signs help set up concessions, put bags together, put out flags and anything that needs to be done in preparation for the tournament. 

SPIRITWEAR SALES
Sell ECU Spirit wear.  Take payment and make change, keep inventory, take orders for apparel etc…

TOURNAMENT T-SHIRT SALES
Distribute pre-orders, manage sales, take payment and make change, collect raffle stubs, confirm raffle winners and distribute raffle prizes

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN/INFORMATION/LOST & FOUND
Check in volunteers for various positions throughout the tournament, direct visitors to fields and area attractions etc…
