FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association) 
FIFA is the international governing body of association football, futsal and beach soccer.Its membership comprises 209 national associations. Its headquarters are in Zurich, Switzerland, and its president is Gianni Infantino. FIFA is responsible for the organization of football's major international tournaments, notably the World Cup. MYSA is a member of FIFA through U.S. Soccer.

U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) 
U.S. Soccer is the official governing body of the sport of soccer in the United States. With headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, the FIFA member governs U.S. amateur and professional soccer, including the men's, women's, youth, futsal, and Paralympic national teams. U.S. Soccer sanctions referees and soccer tournaments for most soccer leagues in the United States. MYSA is a direct member of U.S. Soccer. 

U.S. Youth Soccer Association (USYS) 
U.S. Youth Soccer is the youth affiliate and largest member of U.S. Soccer, the governing body for soccer in the United States. US Youth Soccer includes 55 state youth soccer associations, one per state except for California, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas, which each have two state associations. Over 3,000,000 youth players between ages 5-19 are registered with USYS. MYSA is the U.S. Youth Soccer Association for the state of Missouri. 


USYS Midwest Region (Region II)
Region II is one of the four regions of U.S. Youth Soccer. Missouri is a member of Region II, as well as the following states: Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio-North, Ohio-South, Kentucky, and Michigan.
