*MYSA MINIMUM COACHING REQUIREMENT*
Missouri Foundations of Coaching Course
(Formerly Missouri Youth Coaching Certificate) - VIEW BOOKLET
If you already hold a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) A, B, C, D or E License, or a United Soccer Coaches (formerly the NSCAA) National, Advanced National, or Premier License, you do not have to take the Foundations of Coaching Course. You are also exempt from taking the Foundations of Coaching Course if you have previously taken the In-Person Missouri Youth Certificate.
The online Foundations of Coaching Course was put together in cooperation with United Soccer Coaches. Upon completion, you (or your club registrar) will need to upload your Foundations of Coaching Certificate into your Affinity coaching account. This course takes the place of the In-Person Missouri Youth Certificate that was previously required. The Foundations of Coaching Course is free of charge to MYSA members.
*Please note: taking a single USSF Grassroots Course (in-person or online) does NOT satisfy the requirements to obtain a Missouri coaching License.
