WELCOME
Welcome to one of the largest and most well respected youth soccer clubs in Washington.  Northshore Youth Soccer Association (NYSA) is a registered 501c3 non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to the successful and enjoyable game of soccer for those within our service area!  This site is brought to you through the efforts of all the volunteers that make up the NYSA. The purpose of this Association is exclusively charitable and educational and NYSA's objective is to teach, govern, and promote the game of soccer for youth players in our area all in a safe and fun atmosphere.

MISSION
NYSA provides a soccer association for youth residing in the Northshore School District and Maltby area.  The association aids in training and providing soccer skills and knowledge for approximately 5,000 players.

HISTORY
NYSA roots date back to October of 1974 when a dedicated group of volunteers started Northshore Junior Soccer Association.  In January of 1996 the name was officially changed to Northshore Youth Soccer Association.  NYSA is a non-profit Washington State organization that provides structure for youth soccer program in our area.  Our service area is generally defined as consisting of the geographical area covered by the Northshore School District and the Maltby area.  As a member of Washington Youth Soccer (WYS), NYSA is one of 50 youth soccer associations within the WYS system.

NYSA is divided into seven operational groups called clubs.  The clubs within our association are:

Bothell Club is made up of U6-U12 recreational teams that all play within NYSA.  These teams all play small sided games from 3v3 (U6), 4v4 (U7-U8), 7v7 (U9-10), and 9v9 (U11-12).  Bothell Club teams are formed based on the elementary school areas of Frank Love, Heritage Christian Lockwood, Maywood Hills, Shelton View, St. Brendan, and Westhill.

Greater Seattle Surf is the sole premier soccer club chartered by Washington Youth Soccer to represent the South Snohomish County and Northshore Youth Soccer associations at the highest level of club play in Washington, the RCL (Regional Club League). This is the most advanced program within NYSA.  Greater Seattle Surf provides high-level professional coaching for players U9 to U19.  Teams are formed based on player skill and a tryout process

Inglemoor Club is made up of U6-U12 recreational teams that all play within NYSA.  These teams all play small sided games from 3v3 (U6), 4v4 (U7-U8), 7v7 (U9-10), and 9v9 (U11-12).  Inglemoor Club teams are formed based on the elementary school areas of Arrowhead, Cedar Park, Kenmore, Moorlands, and Woodmoor.

North Creek Club is made up of U6-U12 recreational teams that all play within NYSA.  These teams all play small sided games from 3v3 (U6), 4v4 (U7-U8), 7v7 (U9-10), and 9v9 (U11-12).  North Creel Club teams are formed based on the elementary school areas of Canyon Creek, Crystal Springs, Fernwood, Kokanee, and Maltby.

Northshore Select Club (NSC) provides soccer programs to players U10 to U19 who are seeking a more competitive environment than Recreational soccer with less of a time commitment and lower cost than Premier soccer. NSC operates with licensed volunteer coaches and teams participate in the NPSL (North Puget Sound League).  Teams are formed based on player skill and a tryout process.

Woodinville Club is made up of U6-U12 recreational teams that all play within NYSA.  These teams all play small sided games from 3v3 (U6), 4v4 (U7-U8), 7v7 (U9-10), and 9v9 (U11-12).  Woodinville Club teams are formed based on the elementary school areas of Bear Creek, Cottage Lake, East Ridge, Mack, Hollywood Hill, Sunrise, Wellington, and Woodin.

United Club is made up of U13-U19 recreational teams that play within District II.  District II is comprised of teams from Lake Washington Youth Soccer Association, Eastside Youth Soccer Association, and Snoqualmie Valley Youth Soccer Association. United Club teams all play 11v11 games and are comprised of players from the secondary school service areas.

ASSOCIATION GOALS
The goals of NYSA are to:
• Provide a safe soccer environment for youth, which shapes a lifelong love of and participation in soccer.
• Support and strengthen the community by opening up to all participants, regardless of their ability to pay. 
• Provide training for volunteers coaches to create a positive environment and to be role models for youth participants.
