Baseball, Softball and T-Ball Registration Information:

Registration is open to participants that are at least 4 as of May 1st, 2026 and not older than 14 as of May 1st, 2026. Participants will need to provide cleats, socks, pants and a glove. Jerseys and hats are included with your registration fee. Participants do not have to be Lawson residents, we welcome players from surrounding towns.

For the 8U - 14U divisions, practices will start April 1st. Games will begin in mid-May and end with a tournament scheduled towards the end of June. All dates are tentative and weather-dependent! The 8U - 14U teams will be competing in the Northern Lights Baseball League and playing teams from Lathrop, Plattsburg, Gower, North Platte, Faucett, and West Platte. Some games will be in Lawson and some games will be in the other towns. 8U and 10U divisions will play 10 games. 12U and 14U divisions will play 12 games.

The T-Ball division is split between Little Flock and Junior Flock. Little Flock is meant for younger kids and first time players, with all players hitting off of a tee. Junior Flock is meant for experienced players or kids getting ready to move to machine pitch the next year, with the coach pitching three pitches before moving to hitting off of a tee. T-Ball will start practice at the end of April and play games from mid-May through mid-June. They play 6 games, all in Lawson.

All practice dates and times are at the discretion of the coaches selection. They could be any day of the week, including weekends. Games will be played on weeknights only (besides the end of season tournaments).

Starting Feb 12th, you can register online anytime (click below or on registration info page)! Sign up all your kids at one time to ensure you only pay the $3 transaction fee once. Parents registering more than one child will receive a $5 discount on each additional child’s registration fee.

Registration deadline is March 5th, 2026.

T-Ball Rules / Information:

Field Locations

Games played in Lawson are played at the Cardinal Baseball Complex. Parking is located on BOTH SIDES of the fields. A concession stand and restrooms are available. We have 4 fields that will be operational on all game nights. There is bleacher seating and space for lawn chairs at all fields. No smoking and no pets allowed.
