This will be a 5-on-5 coed flag football league. Participants will be split into teams and play each other here in Lawson. You do not need to live in Lawson in order to participate in this league, but all teams will be drafted. This will be an entry level league to help educate kids about football and give them the opportunity to play locally. Participants will be provided a game-day jersey with flags attached, but must provide their own mouth guard. Cleats or tennis shoes are fine, but no metal cleats allowed. Teams will play 6 regular season games plus an end of year tournament for the age 6-7 and 8-9 age groups. Planning to start practices near the end of August with games running late September until early November. Games will be played on weeknights only. Practices could be any night of the week / during the day on the weekend. Coaches are able to choose their practice timeslots.
The league will include the following age groups:
4-5 years old
6-7 years old
8-9 years old
10-11 year old division (if there is enough interest)
You must be or turn 4 years old as of July 1st, 2025 to participate.
The cost is $65 for 4-5 year olds and $75 for 6-7, 8-9 & 10-11 age groups, you can register below.
The sign-up deadline is August 8th, 2025. Practices and Games will be at the Cardinal Complex.
