Keys to Success: Registration Information
-
Create an Account: First-time users must create an account for each player in your family as the initial step in the registration process.
-
Eligibility: Little League programs are open to children ages 4 through 16. To be eligible, participants must submit a medical release form, proof of age (birth certificate), and proof of residency within the Monroe Woodbury school district.
-
Consider Commitment: Before enrolling in multiple activities, please assess your child’s schedule. Overcommitting can impact their ability to fully engage with their Little League team and may limit spots for other participants. We appreciate your consideration in balancing your child’s commitments and supporting the community’s needs.
-
Registration Process: Registration is handled on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness and transparency. Early registration is highly recommended to secure your child’s spot and minimize the chance of being waitlisted. Programs may close once capacity is reached or due to volunteer availability. While a waitlist is maintained, placement is not guaranteed.
-
Team Placement: Team assignments are based on overall enrollment, roster availability, and volunteer participation.
-
Season Details: The Spring season begins in late April and concludes in mid-June. Opening day, field access, and decisions regarding rainouts or cancellations are determined by local parks commissions, the school district, and weather/field conditions.
-
Family Discounts: Discounts are available for families registering multiple participants within the same session.
-
Fee Policy: All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no credits will be issued. This policy ensures the smooth operation of the program and effective resource management. Please review your payment carefully before submitting.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to provide the best possible experience for all participants.
