  • Keys to Success:
  • For first-time users, the crucial first step in the registration process is to create an account profile for each player in your family.
  • Programs are open to " Little League " children ages 4 through 16.
  • Little League requires a medical release form, proof of age (birth Certificate), and residency within the Monroe Woodbury school district for program eligibility.
  • It's essential to consider the impact of overextending your children. Enrolling in too many activities makes them unavailable to commit to their Little League team and removes an available roster spot from others who want to participate. Let's be considerate and mindful of our children's and the community's needs.
  • Registrations are taken on a 'first come, first serve basis,' ensuring a transparent and fair process for all participants. Enrolling your child as soon as possible will help secure a spot and avoid being placed on a waitlist.
  • Programs may close at any time due to reaching capacity and limited volunteers. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide the best experience for all participants. While we maintain a waitlist, please note that there is no placement guarantee from the waitlist. We encourage you to register early to secure a spot for your child.
  • Team placement depends upon overall enrollment, roster vacancies, and available volunteers.
  • The Spring season opens in late April and concludes in mid-June.
  • Opening day, field access, rainouts, and cancellations are determined by each town parks commission, the school district, weather, and field safety conditions.
  • It's important to note that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no credits will be issued for any reason. This policy is in place to ensure the program's smooth operation and manage resources effectively. Please be aware and cautious when making your payments.

If your child is a returning participant and you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset option. Under no circumstances should you create a secondary account. This will prohibit your ability to register as the system will have duplicate records.
