Registration Policies and FAQ'S

Players / Parents / Coaches,

Please read through our registration policies for the 2021 season.  West Salem Little League is striving to make your registration as easy as possible.  Please remember, you will need to fill out our Medical Release form for each player, and submit it before any child will be allowed to start practicing. You will find the Medical Release on our "Forms" tab. Without this completed, your child will not be allowed to participate in WSLL.

Registration Fees for Spring Baseball / Softball Programs:

Registration will open December 1st 2020 and will close on February 28th, 2021.

Coed $105.00

AA- $105.00
AAA- $125.00
Majors- $125.00
50/70- $150.00
Juniors and Seniors- $175.00

AA- $105.00
AAA- $125.00
Majors- $125.00
Juniors and Seniors- $175.00


WSLL will allow players to register until March 7th, 2021.

However a $10 late fee will be assessed for the Tball and AA Divisions.

A $50 late fee will be assessed for AAA, Majors, 50/70, Juniors, Seniors due to having to work late registrants into the Tryout Schedule.


1. I don't want to pay online or don't have a debit/credit card?
    WSLL allows those of you who don't have debit/credit card to mail us a check:  No later than March 9, 2021.

2. Do you offer financial assistance?
    Yes, WSLL offers financial assistance to those are in need of it.  Please contact League President, Ethan Griffith at [email protected]

Coach Requests:

West Salem Little League will try to accommodate coach/player requests to the best of our ability. AAA/Majors/50-70/Juniors and Seniors will take into consideration coach request but teams will be formed in these divisions based on player assessments, individual players scores and the draft. WSLL board of directors feels this will give us the best chance of balancing teams and making these division the most competitive and fair as possible. Please keep in mind that requests are NOT guaranteed.

Parents that are coaching/managing will automatically have their child on their team regardless of division. 

If you have two (or more) players who are family members by marriage or adoption that will play in the same division, please list the sibling’s name in the “Player Request” option when registering each of them.



  • Uniforms are always NON REFUNDABLE. If a player quits or decides they no longer wish to play after the date that uniforms are ordered the refund will be less the cost of the uniform. The players keep their uniforms. If the players or parents decide they do not wish to keep the uniforms, that is at their discretion and the uniform will become the property of WSLL and considered a donation. Money will still NOT refunded back to the Parent/Guardian for the uniform. 

  • Full Refunds are available only before Tryouts which is scheduled for March 13th / 14th 2021. Any refunds requested after Tryouts will only be 50% of the registration price if uniforms have not already been ordered. 

  • Refunds after Tryouts and ordered uniforms will be 50% of the registration cost then the cost of the uniform will be deducted. Whatever the balance is remaining (if any) is the amount that will be refunded back.
