Umpiring is not as bad as it may seem from the other side of the fence, sure there are calls made that not everyone is pleased with or maybe a mistake here and there but that is ok! We are all human right! 

West Salem Little League is always looking for more umpires for our AAA, Majors, and above level divisions. Sure, we can pull a parent out of the stands to help officiate a game, but we strive for actual umpires with specialized training for making those important calls when the need arises.
