Wish to volunteer with SGS??

To keep our young ladies as safe as possible while at practice, at a game or even at a fundraising event, we require that ALL volunteers that have contact with
these children have up to date clearances and background checks. 

If you wish to obtain your clearances, you can obtain the appropriate forms at USA Softball of PA's website by clicking here.

The forms required are as follows for a volunteer (unpaid) person:

PA Child Abuse History Clearance RENEWED EVERY 5 YEARS
Keep Kids Safe Disclosure Statement RENEWED SEASONAL & ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU HAVE LIVED IN PA FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS!
PA State Police Criminal Record Check RENEWED EVERY 5 YEARS

We take pride in ensuring that only these qualified parents are with our ladies at all times! Once completed, please make sure that you send a copy to the league officers
at [email protected]. It is also important that your head coach has a copy of these, as well as keeping a copy on you during all SGS events where you
will be volunteering and interacting with the children.
