Opening Concessions

Opening Duties:

1. Pick up cash box

Mark's Field - Skyline
Dale Borreson Field -Skyline
Lunda Park - Skyline
Red Creek - Skyline

2. Turn equipment on to start warming up

Popcorn Machine
Slow Cookers

3. Take grill outside and start if available

4. Make sure cooler if full
5. Take condiments and buns out of cooler
6. Start with 2 batches of popcorn, make more if needed
7. Open windows
8. Start grilling

Closing Concessions

Closing Duties:

1. Clean out popcorn machine and popper
2. Clean off covers and lids
3. If there is only a small amount left in crockpot, throw it away and clean wash the crockpot.
4. Put leftovers in cooler with the DATE.
5. Put buns, fruit, and condiments in the cooler
6. Stock cooler, napkins, and utensils
7. Bring grill in
8. Clean up counters, dishes, and floors
9. Do deposit
10. Empty trash, LEAVE BAGS INSIDE
11. Turn off lights and Lockup
12. Return money box to proper location
13. Take deposit to Security Financial Bank, put in night deposit.

Parents who sign up for a shift running concessions will be shown where things are and how to use our equipment prior to being expected to run the stand.

Concession expectations

Expectations

1. Parent Reps will schedule parents to rotate in the concession stands

Home team on Mark's Field -- West -- 2 or 3 Parents
Home Team on Lunda Field -- East -- 1 or 2 Parents
Home Team on Dale Borreson Field -- 1 or 2 Parents
Home Team on Read Creek -- South -- 2 or 3 Parents
If a parent can NOT make it to the game, it will be that parent's responsibility to find a replacement.

2. Arrival time for Parents

Mark's Field -- 30 Minutes before the start of the game if you are the first game playing for the night.
Lunda Field -- 15 Minutes before the start of the game if you are the first game playing for the night.
Dale Borreson Field -- 15 Minutes before the start of the game if you are the first game playing for the night.
Red Creek Field -- 30 Minutes before the start of the game if you are the first game playing for the night.

If your child's team is the second team playing for night please arrive 10 minutes early smooth transition can be made from parents to parents.
