Northern Fairfield County Flag Football is made up of 6 towns from the surrounding area and will adopt NFL Flag rules of play. The season will run from 4/20/26 thru 6/14/26. Games will primarily be played on weekends with consideration given to scheduling around other spring sports. Teams will be co-ed and consist of two grade levels (1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th, 7th & 8th). Practices will generally be held 1x per week at Joel Barlow H.S.. Players should wear cleats and a mouthpiece to games and practices. A flag belt and team jersey will be provided. Please consider signing up as a coach.
