EQUIPMENT:

All new players are required to purchase their own uniform from the REF Uniform/Equipment Store (link below). Returning players can use their 2023 uniform. Returning players can elect to purchase a new size if desired. Returning players will keep their 2023 jersey number.  REF will make every effort to honor new player jersey numbers when possible. REF provides helmets and shoulder pads. Players are responsible for the following:
   -mouthguard, cleats, practice jersey/pants, game jersey/pants, girdle  
          *practice integrated pants come with all required lower body pads
          *game pants come with knee pads but must be worn with a girdle, which contains the rest of the required lower body protection
