- East Georgia is a feeder program, and in order to keep the integrity of our feedehttp:r system, we do not allow transfers to out-of-zone Associations.
Children must participate in the association assigned to their zoned high school.
Children attending private schools may play or cheer for the Association where their home address is zoned or the Association High School closest to their school. For team book purposes, if the child plays for the Association where their home is zoned for, a bus route form must be provided. If the child plays for the Association with the high school closest to their private school, private school zone sheet must be placed in the bus route sleeve.
Children attending their school on a waiver may play or cheer for the high school zone they have a waiver for or where their home address is zoned. The waiver must be in the team book.
Participants must provide a proof of address (electric/gas bill, voter registration card, current GA driver's license are the only documents accepted)
Home-school students will play for the Association their home address is zoned for.
If a player is found to be out of zone: The child will immediately be sent to the correct association. The out of zone association is required to give the participant a full 100% refund. And, a full investigation will be conducted by the EGPW Executive Board to determine further action. If a child lives in an area that is not a zoned area for EGPW, that child will be assigned to an Association by EGPW.
Children living on post (Fort Gordon) may play for the Association of their choice. For team book purposes, a map must be placed in the bus route sleeve showing the home address is on post.
If a participant’s zoned association is full, the parent may not register with another Association until the parent has emailed the following information: their name and child’s name, child's birthdate, child’s division, address, date they were informed that Association was full, and who from the zoned Association informed them their zoned Association was full to [email protected] Find your Zoned Association's Registration Information Below (East Georgia Pop Warner zones are listed first and East Georgia Youth Lacrosse zones are listed second)
