MCPWFCA FALL 2021 REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
• MCPWFCA coaches and staff will wear masks and sanitize during registration 
• Registration stations will be sanitized before and after each participant 
• All registration should be completed online prior to arrival
   - If you require technology to register, we will have tablets and/or laptops for use
• We are allowing no more than 10 participants in the building at a time 
• Waiver/Release for Communicable Diseases/COVID-19 upon must be signed prior to entry
• Parents/Guardian/Participants must wear a mask upon entering the building 
• COVID Screening /Temperature checks will be given upon entry
• Sanitizer will be provided upon entry and leaving the Pee Wee building
