PRIOR TO PRACTICE AND GAMES\, PARENTS, SPECTATORS ATHLETES SHOULD KNOW/DO THE FOLLOWING:
• If Sick or Cough Stay Home: If an athlete/parent has had flu symptoms (fever > 100° F, cough, chills, sore throat, body aches, 
   tiredness,difficulty breathing, loss of taste/smell, etc.), they should not attend and a parent should contact their healthcare provider.
• It is expected that parents/guardians conduct a COVID- 19 evaluation prior to ever practice and game, if symptoms are present do not
  attend MCPWFCA practice or game until clear of any symptoms
• Parents, spectators and players must bring their own equipment, like gloves, water bottles and mask to every game and practice   
• Parents/Spectators will not be allowed on the fields during practices - if parents/spectators are present, they must maintain social
  distancing protocols which include wearing face masks, personal hand sanitizer, but are encouraged to stay in their personal vehicle
  instead
• Parents/Spectators will be allowed in the end-zone for their athlete’s game-- if parents/spectators are present, they must maintain
  social distancing protocols which include wearing face masks, personal hand sanitizer.
• Athletes will be required to wear a mask before and after practices and games
     -  Athletes are not required to wear a mask once practice and game starts
• Athlete’s should clean/sanitize their hands before and after practices and games

FOOTBALL GUIDELINES FOR 2020 FALL SEASON
• Encourage “open space” between teams
• Mixing of teams will be discouraged - refrain from gathering in the parking lot or open spaces near the field. Teams will be 
   encouraged to stay with the assigned group/team.
• Athletes must bring their own, well-marked water bottles
• Athletes must always wear football gloves
• Wash Hands Before Attending; Avoid touching eyes nose mouth.  
• Footballs, tackling dummies and all other equipment will be sanitized after each      practice
• Creative Greetings without contact, Discourage High Fives, handshakes, hugs, Bringing it in, etc.

CHEER-LEADING GUIDELINES FOR 2020 FALL SEASON
• All cheer teams will be limited to no more than 2 practices each week
• Encourage “open space” between teams
• Mixing of teams will be discouraged - refrain from gathering in the parking lot or open spaces near the field. Teams will be encouraged
  to stay with the assigned group/team.
• Athletes must bring their own, well-marked water bottles
• All personal cheer equipment should be sanitized after each practice and/or game
• Proper Attire – Workout Clothes, Soft Soled Shoes / Sneakers.
• Athletes: Tie Hair back slick and away from face, leave personal items in cheer bag.
• Participant brings own snacks, if necessary.
• Wash Hands Before Attending; Avoid touching eyes nose mouth.
• Creative Greetings without contact, Discourage High Fives, handshakes, hugs, Bringing it in, etc.
• Practice Includes:
    - Stretching/Flexibility, Basic Conditioning, Team Bonding, Game Day Sidelines/Cheers
    - No Stunting, spotting, or partner work (subject to change)
