Safety Guidelines for Return to Play:

After examining the guidance and recommendations from the CDC, The PA Recreation and Parks Society, Little League, and Gov Wolf, we have outlined the following guidelines to allow us to resume baseball activities during these uncertain times:

GENERAL GUIDANCE

• All coaches, players, and fans shall practice social distancing on and around the field at all times
  
• Games and practices will be staggered to limit the amount of people at the park.
  
• If you or your child are not feeling well or have any symptoms, please stay home
• Each parent is asked to take your player’s temperature prior to each activity and refrain from attending if that temperature is above 99.5 degrees

ON-FIELD GUIDANCE

• No handshakes or personal contact/celebrations of any kind
• All players and coaches are required to bring their own drinks (no shared food or beverages of any kind)
• Personal protective equipment will be used in accordance with CDC and State requirements
  
• All players are required to have their own bat, helmet, and glove. There will be no shared equipment of any kind
• Each team(A-AAA) will be equipped with catcher’s equipment for use during the game. Sanitizing equipment will be available for players and coaches to sanitize before use of equipment.   
• Player’s personal equipment shall be sanitized by their parent or guardian after each game
  
• There will be sunflower seeds, gum, etc. permitted on the field at any time
  
• It is recommended  to wear a mask or face covering if they are unable to maintain social distancing due to field size/availability. Coaches are responsible to bring your own mask
• Each FCABSA field is supplied with hand sanitizer to be applied prior to and after each activity (practice or game).
