The Board of Directors meetings are open to all Association members wishing to attend.

The General Membership of the Mitchell Soccer Association (MSA) shall consist of all adults, eighteen years or older. They will include but no be limited to:

- Parents/guardians of registered players.
- Head & Assistant coaches of each team or his/her designated replacement for voting purposes.
- Board of Directors.
- Referees recognized by the MSA Board of Directors for membership.
- Other adults recognized by the MSA Board of Directors (i.e. Members-At-Large) regardless if they
   have a child enrolled in soccer or not.
