South Park Wrestling has adopted the Conflict-of-Interest policy linked below. This policy applied to Board-of-Director members, coaches, and any member families involved in potential conflicts-of-interest.

Clearances for Coaches Over the Age of 17
Consistent with the Child Protective Services Law, the South Park Little Eagles Wrestling Organization requires all coaches over the age of 17 to submit up-to-date clearances. This page gives information on the required clearances. Please note that clearances must be
renewed every 5 years (60 months) and must be current during the wrestling season.
Clearances should be uploaded to Sports Connect as part of your coaching registration (either above or during athlete registration).
1. PA State Police Clearance:
Cost is FREE for volunteers. Usually instant approval.

2. PA Child Abuse Clearance:
Cost is FREE for volunteers. Maximum of 14 days for approval.

3. FBI Background Check OR Affidavit:
Volunteers that HAVE been a continuous resident of PA for the last ten years, must swear or affirm in writing that they have no other convictions that would disqualify them: Click Here to Download form
OR
Volunteers that HAVE NOT been a continuous resident of PA for the last 10 years, must complete an FBI background check.
About 10 days for approval. You will need to register online first and then go get fingerprinted at an approved location.
