We're excited you are interested in registering with the South Park Interscholastic (Jr./Sr. High) Wrestling Program!
South Park Interscholastic Wrestling is open to all individuals in Grades 7-12, regardless of gender. Wrestling is a sport that allows athletes to build and grow their abilities while also being critical team members. That message is emphasized throughout the South Park Interscholastic Wrestling program. The challenging workouts and conditioning allow for both mental and physical development. The coaches emphasize healthy nutrition with extreme caution regarding any weight loss -- fast, aggressive weight loss is a thing of the past.
Both Jr. and Sr. High teams will follow the same competition schedule against other school districts. The Jr. High competes first, then the Sr. High School team follows. Our practice schedule will vary, but they typically start at 7 P.M. during the week and at 10 A.M. on Saturdays.
There is no registration fee to join the South Park Interscholastic Wrestling team.
