2024 Registration:
Registration for the 2024 season will be held online beginning Friday, April 5, 2024
Registration will close June 28, 2024. All registrations will be done online only.
Late registrations will not be accepted due to ordering uniforms and bows.
DUE AT REGISTRATION TIME:
Registration Fee: $140 Per Cheerleader (includes cheer clinic fee)
DUE AT UNIFORM HANDOUT TIME:
Volunteer Check: $55.00 Per Family
(Will be returned once a 2-Hour Assigned volunteer session has been completed)
Uniform Deposit Check: $75.00 Per Cheerleader
(Will be returned once the full uniform is returned in laundered condition)

2024 Key Dates:
Parent meeting: Wednesday August 7, 2024 at 5:30 pm, Shaeffers Field - upstairs
Practice Dates: August 8th and 9th ...Then every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
Practice times: 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm *Practice times shortened once school starts
Practice Location: Adams Ricci Park, new football field
Cheer Camp: July 23 and 24 (5:30PM each night)
Photo Date: September 16, 2024
Games: TBD (will be either Saturday/Sunday)
* Registration includes:
1. Uniform: vest/skirt/liner – to be returned at the end of the season, laundered
2. Pom Poms - to be returned at the end of the season
3. Bows: regular and pink-out - EPYAL purchased, athlete keeps
4. Black compression briefs - EPYAL purchased, athlete keeps
5. End of season event for cheerleader
6. End of season gift for cheerleader
7. Cheer Camp registration with t-shirt for EPYAL Night at High School Game. This shirt should be put aside and not worn until the high school game night.
Athlete provides:
1. White Ankle Socks
2. White Cheer Sneakers *Available on Amazon*
3. Water Bottle *Water only, no sports drinks/soda*
4. Sports Bag
5. Black Leggings for cold weather
6. Black hat/gloves for cold weather
SQUADS:
SMURF: 1st and 2nd Grade
PEE WEE: 3rd and 4th Grade
PONY: 5th and 6th Grade
MIDGET: 7th and 8th Grade
EPYAL reserves the right to combine Squads or move cheerleaders based on experience as needed.
Extra Fun Activity Dates:
All of these will be listed in Game Changer with more information to come at a later date:
· August 2024- EP Fall Sports Parade - Meet at Middle School, end at the high school
· October 2024- Halloween Parade - Meet at High School, end at township building
· October 2024- Pink Out Game – wear as much PINK as you want with your uniform
· October 2024- EPYAL Cheerleaders cheer alongside the High School Cheerleaders
· December 2024- End of Year Event
