SOUTH LITTLE LEAGUE Winston-Salem, NC

Coach Pitch Softball:

For girls ages 5 to 9 years old. However, 5-year-old players must have completed at least one season of tee-ball and pass a skills-assessment at evaluations to be eligible for machine pitch. The goal of our machine pitch program is to help young players transition from tee-ball into a more skill development program where they'll start to refine their hitting, fielding, throwing, and strategic skills, while also learning the rules of the game of softball.

Minor Softball-

For girls ages 9 to 10 years old. The goal of our Minor player pitch program is to help young players transition from coach pitch into a more advanced program where they'll be introduced to kid pitchers, stealing bases, pitch counts all while continuing to refine their hitting, fielding, throwing, and strategic game skills. Pitching distance will be at 35-foot and bases will be 60-feet apart.

Major Softball-

For girls ages 11 to 12 years old. The goal of our Major player pitch program is to help young players transition from coach assist pitch into a more advanced program where they'll be introduced to kid pitchers, stealing bases, pitch counts all while continuing to refine their hitting, fielding, throwing, and strategic game skills. Pitching distance will be at 40-foot and bases will be 60-feet apart.

Junior/Senior Softball-

For girls ages 13 to 16 years old. The goal of our Seniors player pitch program is to help young players transition from coach pitch into a more advanced program where they'll be introduced to kid pitchers, stealing bases, pitch counts all while continuing to refine their hitting, fielding, throwing, and strategic game skills. Pitching distance will be at 43-foot and bases will be 60-feet apart.
