Monday October 16
3rd Grade Boys - 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (Arrive by 5:45 pm)
5th Grade Boys - 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm (Arrive by 7:15 pm)
Tuesday October 17
(The two groups below on this date have been flip-flopped from the original schedule due to evaluator scheduling conflict.)
6th Grade Boys - 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (Arrive by 5:45pm)
4th Grade Boys - 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm (Arrive by 7:15 pm)
**3rd/5th Grade Boys Call Back (if needed) - 9:00 pm - 9:45 pm
Wednesday October 18
3rd Grade Girls - 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (Arrive by 5:45 pm)
5th Grade Girls - 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm (Arrive by 7:15 pm)
**4th/6th Grade Boys Call Back (if needed) - 9:00 pm - 9:45 pm
Thursday October 19
4th Grade Girls - 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (Arrive by 5:45 pm)
6th Grade Girls - 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm (Arrive by 7:15 pm)
**3rd/4th/5th/6th Grade Girls Grade Back (if needed) - 9:00 pm - 9:45 pm
**If multiple players are found to be of equal skill and on the bubble of making a travel team, a Call Back Session will be held the following day (4th/6th grade girls will be told that night to stay). If a player is asked to return for a Call Back, they will be asked to participate in an additional 35-40 minute evaluation session with other players on the bubble.
Following the tryout, the travel teams will be created and players who make the team will be notified by email.
If your child does not make a travel team, your child will be automatically moved to the In-House program, where you can decide to accept that placement, and make payment at the In-House registration rate of $125 by Friday October 27. The In-House season starts on Saturday November 4th.
