The Junior/Senior Division of Softball is designed for girls ages 13-16. Games at this level are usually against teams from other Leagues in our district and area.  This is the expected highest level of play at Sunset Little League for Softball players who have experience in the game of Softball. The local league has an option to choose a Tournament Team (or "All Stars") from within this division, and the team may enter the International Tournament. Senior Softball is played on a 60' diamond with a pitching distance of 43' utilizing a 12" ball.

Junior/Senior Little League Softball is the pinnacle of youth softball for players, offering an experience that combines skill development, sportsmanship, and camaraderie. In this division, our older athletes take their game to the next level, honing their skills through more competitive play and increasingly complex strategies.

Players in Junior/Senior Little League Softball continue to enjoy the game's inclusive and welcoming atmosphere while also gaining a deeper understanding of the sport.
