CACTUS SHADOWS LACROSSE

Lacrosse at the high-school level is considered a "club" sport.  The Cactus Shadows High School lacrosse teams are backed by Desert Foothills Athletic Club, a 501(c)(3) that has been active in youth sports in the Cave Creek area for more than 30 years.  Along with very dedicated coaches and parents, in conjunction with Cactus Shadows High School, we are proud to sponsor lacrosse at the high school level.

Girls Fall Training Program
October-December
CCUSD District Office (33016 N. 60th Street, Scottsdale)

FREE Skills Clinics - September 23, 25, 30 & October 2 - 5:00-6:00pm

Training Sessions - Tuesdays and Thursdays (starting at 4:30, adjusted for sunset, entered in TeamSnap)
- Individual skills:  stick work, ball handling, footwork, office and defense
- Team Skills:  offense, defense, transition
- Knowlege of the Game:  rules, strategy, tactics
- Conditioning:  running and agility
