Rothwood BBQ Company is the food service division of SKSA, proceeds help to support our youth sports programs.  From our base at Rothwood Baseball complex we provide food service to all SKSA operated facilities as well as Catering services for outside events.  Whether you have a need for a small gathering of friends or a full service buffet for a wedding, the staff at Rothwood BBQ can work to help make your event successful.  In addition to our standard menu items, we can help tailor our offering to meet your individual needs.







Using our custom built smokehouse and fully licensed commercial kitchen, we have the capacity, equipment and experience to handle events for 10 guests or 200.






All of our BBQ offerings are made inhouse, including sausage, sauces, and sides in addition to all meats cooked to be timed for your event.
