The T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant application will be available daily for 21 days,
starting on January 16th, 2025 10:00 AM Pacific Time through February 5th, 2025.

• 650 applications will be accepted daily.
• If you enter the application: DO NOT EXIT YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL YOU CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON AT THE END 
  * If you exit the application, you will lose your place and will have to try again
