Conditioning practices will begin the second week of July. Practices will be held 3x per week in July and 4x per week in August in the early evening. Players are required to complete 10 hours of conditioning prior to practicing in pads. The regular season generally runs from the beginning of September until mid to late October. Post season play is based on the team's performance.

All players participating in American Youth Football (AYF) are required to be verified through National Sports ID(NSID). After registering your child please go to the below link to get your child verified (This link can also be located on our home page). You will be required to upload the following in order to complete the verification process: Medical Clearance Form, Final Report Card 2024-2025, Birth Certificate and Head Shot. All required forms can be located in the below form link or on the home page under the Forms Tab. The Image Release form, Release of Liability form and the Medical Treatment form, need to be completed and turned into your coach at the beginning of the season. The Medical Clearance form needs to be completed and uploaded into NSID.
