2025 DTQLL Fall Registration

DTQ Little League Fall 2025

DTQ Little League is a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers to run all league operations, we kindly ask for your patience if you email for help as most volunteers have employment or commitments during the day or some evenings.

Before you register you must verify DTQLL boundaries and league age:

Verify your player resides or attends school in the DTQLL boundaries the Little League® League Finder tool quickly and easily identifies whether a residence or school address is located within the boundaries . Click here to access.
Your player’s league age is determined by the Little League Baseball®, see Age Charts. The Age Determination Date for a Little League Baseball player is the actual age of a child on August 31 of the current year.

Parents/Guardians for first time DTQ players are required to bring a copy of the player's birth record and a document (i.e. utility bill) with proof of residency within the league's boundaries.

T Ball (Ages 4-5) Registration fee $145, Volunteer fee $100 = Total $245

Machine Pitch Baseball (Ages 5-7) Registration fee $145, Volunteer fee $100 = Total $245

Minor Division Player Pitch (Ages 7-9) Registration fee $185, Volunteer fee $100 = Total $285

Major Division Baseball (Ages 9-12) *ages 10-12 are eligible to drafted into the Majors division* Registration fee $185, Volunteer fee $100 = Total $285

Uniform included (hat, shirt, socks, belt).

Junior League Baseball (ages 11-13) *League age 14 players are eligible to be drafted into the SRs division. Registration fee $205, Volunteer fee $100 = Total $305

Uniform included (hat, shirt, socks, belt).

Senior League Baseball (ages 13-16) *League age 14 players are eligible to be drafted into the SRs division. Registration fee $205, Volunteer fee $100 = Total $305

Managers (Head Coach) and Assistant Coach will have the option to sign up during registration to volunteer. Please note, Managers and Assistant Coaches must be approved by the Board of Directors and must complete training and background check before refund is issued.

Schedules for games and practices will be available after August 15. 2025 and sent by Managers/Head Coaches.

Family Maximum $460 Fall 2025

Cancellation Policy Fall 2025

All cancellation requests must be in writing/email ([email protected]) to the league requesting a refund and stating the reason for the player resigning from the season.

Prior to August 1, 2025, refunds are available with no penalty.
IF a refund is requested after August 1, 2025, a refund will be processed minus an administrative fee of $50 and any website processing fees collected by the third-party platform.
No refunds are available after the division draft (if applicable) or placement on team.
IF a refund is requested after player placement, opening day, or first game the board will review the request and decide if a partial refund will be approved. Please note, a refund will not be provided to a player opting to withdrawal from the league due to not being drafted into the Majors or Seniors division(s)
All refunds will be made via a league issued check or refund to the credit card on file.
Cancellation fees may be waived for medical reasons and/or official military orders; all requests of the aforementioned nature will be reviewed by the DTQ Board to decide if a full or partial refund will be issued.

For the Fall Season, there is a $100 volunteer fee each player/family that registers. A refund will be issued for the volunteer fee once a player or family member has completed the minimum of 4 hours of volunteering (i.e. concessions, field maintenance, etc.). Volunteer fees are charged up front during the registration process and can be refunded with 4 hours of volunteer service that are verified and completed. Correspondence regarding volunteer opportunities will be forthcoming via email and posted signup links.
