Rather than receiving a book of tickets after registering, each family will automatically be entered into an e-raffle, with prizes of $1,000, $500, and $250 (2). The $30 raffle fee that is applied at registration will enter 6 - $5 entries under the player’s name into an e-raffle. Families will still be able to “sell” their tickets if they wish. If you chose to “sell” your tickets, you will need to email Madelyn Easterly (DTQ Fundraiser Coordinator) at [email protected] and let her know to change your player’s name to the new person who bought the tickets you have sold. · Volunteer Fee and Requirements. This $100 family volunteer fee is charged up front during the registration process and can be refunded with 4 hours of volunteer service that are verified and completed. Correspondence regarding volunteer opportunities will be forthcoming via email and posted signup links. Examples of volunteer activities include: DTQ Board Member, Manager, Assistant Manager, Field Day (1 time 4-hour event), Concessions (2 –2-hour events), Opening Day (multiple activities available), Umpire (2 games), Skills Evaluation (multiple activities available), and Post season tournaments (multiple activities available) just to name a few.
