Pop Warner Football Program – Refund Policy

We understand that family plans can change, and we want to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund process. Our program is a nonprofit, all fees are used directly for uniforms, equipment, and league costs.

Refund Deadlines

• Before June 1, 2025 – Full refund (100%) minus any credit card processing fees.
• June 1, 2025 – July 15, 2025 – Refunds will be issued minus the cost of any player-specific orders (e.g., uniforms, personalized gear) that have already been placed.
• After July 15, 2025 – No refunds will be issued after this date, as league registrations, uniforms, and other costs will have already been finalized.

Important Notes:

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).

• Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment- Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
