Spring 2026 Baseball Registration is now closed.
Important Information and Dates:
Uniforms:
T-ball players will receive white pants and baseball socks with the uniform. All other division players must provide their own.
Uniform distribution will likely occur one week before games begin.
Volunteer checks:
Two $55 checks to EPYAL per family
Coaches/assistant coaches- no volunteer checks required
NEW: If you sign up for a concessions shift and you do not show/delete your sign up, your volunteer check will be forfeited
R&K Sub Fundraiser:
We will be participating in an R&K sandwich sale again this year; orders are due to your oldest child's coach no later than April 7. Each family is required to sell 15 items or pay a $40 buyout. If you have several children playing EPYAL baseball this season, please write each of their names on the order form under the "Salesperson Name" section of the form. Checks must be made out to EPYAL. If you sell less than the 15 items, for every item less than 15, a payment of $2.50 will be due with your order. For example, if you sell 10 items, you will need to add $12.50 ($2.50 x 5) to your order payment. If you paid the buyout at registration, there is nothing more you need to do. This is a mandatory fundraiser to help keep league costs down; your child will not receive a team uniform until the fundraiser requirements are met. Please note: baseball and softball operate separate fundraisers. Any items sold for softball do not count toward the baseball fundraiser--we are separate programs with separate budgets.
R&K pickup will be on Thursday, April 23 from 4:30pm-6:30pm at the Sheaffer Fieldhouse. We do not have room to store orders that are not picked up, so please make plans to pick up on that day.

May 8: Harrisburg Senators Little League game
