Spring 2020 registration is now OPEN!!!!!!!!

In person Registration will be held at the field on the following Saturdays: January 11th,18th and 25th 10AM - 2PM 

OPEN TRYOUTS will be January 30th and 31st (6:30PM - 9PM)..  Tryouts are mandatory for all age groups.  This will help to make sure the Players are placed in the proper division. 

Registration FAQ:
1) A parent or legal guardian must register each player.
2) You will need a copy of the player's certified birth certificate, FL state driver's license or ID, and a copy of a bill showing player's address for proof of residency. You may scan and upload these documents when registering online or bring these documents to one of our in-person registration. 
3) Sibling discounts are available!
4) NEW DISCOUNT - When your player brings a new Player to Azalea Park you will receive a discount for both Players. (25.00 off each player registration)
