Stick and Shoot sessions are open ice sessions where all hockey players have the opportunity to practice their game and hone their skills.  These sessions are great for improving the mechanics of skating, shooting, stickhandling, and even passing (with the help of a buddy or two on the ice!)

Sessions run 50, 80, or 110 minutes and have single player or parent-and-player rates.  Stick and Shoots are not drop-in games, and no checking is allowed. Please visit schedules frequently as Stick and Shoot times are subject to change last minute.

• All participants must wear helmet and gloves.

• Participants 17 years of age or younger must wear full equipment including a cage and a mouthpiece.
• The cost is per ice slot, not per hour. $5 for 50 minutes of ice OR $10 for 1 1/2 - 2 hour slot.
• The cost for parent/child is $10 total. (Ice must be labled parent/child - not during regular stick and shoot)
• Games are not to be played during stick and shoot.
