GALACTIC ICE BRIDGE PROGRAM

This program is designed to help current LEARN TO SKATE members (Pre-Free Skate and up)
and current YOUTH IN-HOUSE hockey players learn skills in a fast and progressive way!
This will increase their strength, power and body condition, as well to improve their overall performance.

- All class times are at 4:00 PM.
- $100 for 1 session OR 
- $150 for two sessions (must be paid at 1st session for discount)

Session 1: 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29
Session 2: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3
Session 3: 12/10, 12/17, 1/7, 1/14, 1/21
Session 4: 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25
Session 5: 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1

Each skater will get 30 minutes of on ice instruction (Power Skating, Edges, Balance, and Advanced Skating Skills) and 20 minutes of on-ice practice time.  Skaters will also get 20 minutes of off-ice instruction (Plyometrics, Dynamic Flexibility, Improve Body Strength, Confidence, Endurance, Core Strength and reduced injury risk.)  Class size is limited to 5 skaters per group.  Groups will be divided by skill level.
