Each summer, we crown a number of District champions across each sponsored division - be it the Little League Division, the 8, 9, & 10 Year Old Division, or even the Intermediate Division - and that crown earns the winner the right to represent our District at the next round of the tournament on their way to their respective World Series'. 

For 2018, we will be crowning District Champions in the following Divisions:
 
- Little League Division Baseball
- Little League Division Softball
- 9, 10, & 11 Year Old Division Baseball
- 8, 9, & 10 Year Old Division Baseball
- 8, 9, & 10 Year Old Division Softball
- Intermediate (50/70) Division Baseball


To reward our District's regular season champions & runners-up, we also host an annual Tournament of Champions (TOC) that pits each league's best teams against each other until one remains from both the Little League (Majors) and Minors Baseball Divisions. We look forward to adding Little League (Majors) Softball in 2018, as well!

*** Rosedale won the 2014 District 61 tournament but was later removed from the international tournament for violations related to the manner in which the league's regular season teams were formed. Rosedale's regular season did not meet the minimum requirements for a certified Little League Baseball schedule. Rosedale's disqualification took place at the conclusion of the Section 7 tournament, so District 61 runner-up Arvin was not invited to replace Rosedale in subsequent tournament games.
