Our District's footprint covers the areas of Delano, CA (essentially the southern ends of either Kings or Tulare Counties) and the western Sierra Nevada Mountain range all the way south into the Kern County cities of Bakersfield, CA, Arvin, CA, Taft, CA, the Cuyama Valley (in Santa Barbara County), Wasco, CA, Buttonwillow, CA, and Shafter, CA.
