COED Boxing
Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
Learn boxing fundamentals, improve conditioning, and build strength in a fun, supportive coed environment. All levels welcome.
Men’s Hockey
Thursdays
Enjoy fast-paced action on the ice with both recreational and competitive play. Open to adult men of varying skill levels.
Female Fitness
Fridays at 6:30 PM @ Nipmuc
A high-energy group workout designed for women, focusing on strength, cardio, and overall wellness in a motivating atmosphere.
